Technical project manager(Multiple Openings)

JOB DUTIES :

Design and develop project plans to implement new policies, programs and initiatives, and operating processes of strategic significance to the unit. Assign responsibilities and milestones coordinating teams and company resources to ensure project efficiency. Manage projects/products to be delivered on time within scope and within budget successfully and align the cross functional teams. Organize and coordinate implementation of project plans to ensure compliance with overall strategic plans, goals, and unit objectives, as well as maintenance of optimal operating efficiency within the unit. Ensure management and teams have full understanding of business needs, auditing compliance, tracking progress towards goals measuring analytics and monitor ROI regularly. Establish and implement short- and long-term goals and objectives to ensure that projects are successfully completed in a timely and cost-effective manner, and that the product is consistent with initial requirements. Research and analyze best methods and practices relative to achievement of specified unit goals and operating objectives. Design and develop alternative methods and procedures, as appropriate to the objectives of the unit. Develop and draft proposals and/or collaborative agreements for new and/or revised strategic policies, programs, and/or operating procedures, ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and guidelines. Develop, prepare, and present program reports; maintain comprehensive program records and statistical information. Consult, interact, or collaborate with other consultants to facilitate the successful implementation of new or revised programs, and procedures, and ensure the implementation and administration of program objectives. Apply teamwork and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate with cross-functional teams in a variety of different testing scenarios and data collection. Work with working with Siebel CRM, Oracle BI reporting, Tableau, Power BI reporting, Jira and Azure Dev Ops.

JOB REQUIREMENT :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or other related engineering degree plus 2 years of experience. Foreign degree equivalent is acceptable. Must have at least 2 years’ experience working with Siebel CRM, Oracle BI reporting, Tableau, Power BI reporting, Jira and Azure Dev Ops.

SALARY : $116,043.00 per year

HOURS : 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

JOB LOCATION :

983 Corporate Way, Fremont, CA 94539.  Travel not required but must be willing to relocate to unanticipated cities across the country per contract demand.
