Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, and exit interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll and benefits administration in coordination with finance and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations (e.g., FLSA, FMLA, ADA, EEO).
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communication efforts.
- Track and report HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, and time-to-hire.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably within the US business environment.
- Strong knowledge of US labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience with HR software systems (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR) is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification is preferred but not required.
