Position – Technical Business Analyst (PAM & AI Security)

Location – Gurgaon (US Shift)

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience supporting enterprise technology implementations.
• Experience gathering and documenting both business and technical requirements.
• Strong documentation skills, including requirements, process flows, use cases, testing artifacts, and operational procedures.
• Experience supporting enterprise SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, identity, or security-related projects.
• Experience facilitating meetings and workshops with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Visio.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), cybersecurity, or compliance initiatives.
• Familiarity with Non-Human Identity (NHI), AI Security, service accounts, secrets management, or machine identity concepts.
• Experience working in regulated environments such as healthcare, life sciences, or pharmaceutical services.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar project and requirements management tools.
• Understanding of cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.

• Business and technical requirements documentation.
• User stories, use cases, process maps, and workflow diagrams.
• Functional specifications and requirements traceability matrices.
• Test strategies, test plans, test scripts, UAT coordination, and validation documentation.
• Training materials, user guides, adoption resources, and knowledge transfer documentation.
• Implementation playbooks, rollout plans, operational procedures, and support documentation.
• Executive-ready status reporting and implementation readiness artifacts.
