Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team at Dew Info Systems Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in US IT recruitment, handling end-to-end hiring processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding for diverse technical roles. The role demands excellent knowledge of US tax terms, VMS/ATS tools, and the ability to work effectively in a US night shift environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end US 5IT recruitment process for various technical roles.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct interviews via telephonic and virtual platforms.
- Handle recruitment through ATS and VMS tools.
- Work with US tax terms – W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C).
- Understand Visa classifications (H1B, GC, US Citizen, OPT, CPT, etc.).
- Coordinate with clients and hiring managers to ensure smooth hiring delivery.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and ensure timely closures.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience as a US IT Technical Recruiter.
- Proven experience in sourcing, screening, and closing technical roles.
- Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes, tax terms, and visa types.
- Hands-on experience with VMS/ATS platforms and Boolean search techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Computer Science, or related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
