Specific skills (MUST HAVE):

• 7+ years of demonstrated expertise as a Senior Software Engineer proficient in Golang, with a deep grasp of language fundamentals and industry best practices. Or equivalent expertise in Java
• Proficiency in CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar.
• Understanding of software development methodologies and agile principles.
• Effective communication within the team (e.g., providing constructive feedback on Pull Requests) and across teams (e.g., translating requirements into technical specifications).
• Proven ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
• Dedication to optimizing software performance and resolving issues promptly.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience in deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes and Cloud Services Platforms.
• Familiarity with Temporal or equivalent workflow orchestration systems.
