Location : India Remote

We’re looking for an experienced AI Engineer who can bridge classical statistical modeling with modern Agentic AI systems —someone equally comfortable with factor models and graph structures as they are with LLM-driven NLP and orchestration.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML systems that blend:
• Classical ML / statistical modeling
• Graph-based models and representations
• LLMs and Agentic workflows for NLP and reasoning
• Develop and scale models and agents end-to-end in Databricks
• Own the full lifecycle: experimentation → deployment → monitoring → iteration
• Collaborate with product and engineering to translate real-world problems into scalable AI solutions

Must-Have Experience

• Hands-on production experience with Databricks (not just notebooks)
• Proven track record deploying ML models and/or agents that scale in real environments
• Strong background in:
• Statistical modeling and factor analysis
• Graph modeling (knowledge graphs, networks, or relational reasoning)
• NLP using LLMs (prompting, fine-tuning, retrieval, or agent frameworks)
• Solid Python skills and comfort with distributed data systems

Nice to Have

• Experience building or orchestrating Agentic AI systems
• Familiarity with MLOps patterns on Databricks (MLflow, pipelines, monitoring)
• Experience working with large, messy, real-world datasets
