Salesforce Agentforce & Agent Commerce Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Agentforce & Agent Commerce Developer to design, develop, and implement AI-powered customer and commerce experiences using the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have strong Salesforce development experience along with expertise in Agentforce, Commerce Cloud, integrations, and Salesforce AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce.
• Configure Agentforce topics, actions, prompts, instructions, and agent workflows.
• Build AI-powered customer service and commerce use cases.
• Develop Agent Commerce experiences covering product discovery, recommendations, cart management, checkout, and customer assistance.
• Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Data Cloud, and Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, SOQL, and APIs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Commerce Cloud / B2B Commerce solutions.
• Implement security, sharing, permissions, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, product teams, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce development and configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce and AI-powered Salesforce solutions.
• Knowledge of Prompt Builder, Data Cloud, Einstein AI, Agentforce actions, and grounding.
• Strong development skills in Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud / B2B Commerce.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications.
• Good understanding of CRM, customer service, e-commerce, and digital commerce processes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and deployment practices.

Required / Preferred certifications:

• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I – Required
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II – Preferred
• Salesforce Certified Administrator – Preferred
• Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist – Strongly preferred
• Salesforce Certified AI Associate – Preferred
• Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant – Preferred
• Salesforce Certified B2B Commerce Administrator or relevant Commerce certification – Preferred
• Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder – Preferred

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
