We are seeking a highly motivated PhD Scientist to join our Regenerative Medicine team. The role involves research, clinical applications of stem cells, and supervision of laboratory operations to support patient treatments and ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise stem cell culture, isolation, and processing.

• Support patient-specific treatments (IV, IT, IM) under GMP/ISO guidelines.

• Conduct translational research in autoimmune, neurological, cardiac, and metabolic diseases.

• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance in all lab activities.

• Prepare scientific reports, publications, and regulatory submissions.

• Mentor junior staff and conduct training programs.

Qualifications

• PhD in Biotechnology, Stem Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field.

• 2–10 years post-PhD experience in research or clinical lab preferred.

• Strong expertise in stem cell biology, molecular techniques, and regenerative medicine.

• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO, and clinical regulatory frameworks.
