Location: Powai, Mumbai
Type: Work form Office (no Work from home)
Schedule: Five days in a week (may include weekends based on business requirements)
Shift: 9 am to 6 pm OR 10 am to 7pm OR 12 pm to 9 pm (Note these may change as per business requirements)
Role Summary
You will manage daily audiovisual operations, events coordination, and technical service delivery while maintaining high AV standards across our facilities. This role requires good communication skills – written, spoken presentation, video conferencing expertise on platforms like Zoom, Poly, Neat, Extron, Shure etc, and the ability to provide responsive support under pressure. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for AV services, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless execution of events including VIP sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Operations
- Execute daily equipment checks to ensure optimal AV system functionality across all rooms in Mumbai – Small, Medium, Large, Training and Cafe
- Provide expert setup, testing, and support for video conferences using Zoom and other platforms
- Perform first and second-line troubleshooting for AV equipment issues
- Manage Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedures for faulty equipment
- Monitor and maintain AV inventory and equipment standards
- Maintenance of the AV equipments
Event Management
- Coordinate with stakeholders to confirm AV requirements for events and meetings
- Schedule and conduct technical dry runs, developing detailed Run of Show (ROS) documents
- Provide specialized support for VIP sessions, particularly for Executive Committee and senior leadership
- Ensure timely connection and quality audio/video for all video conference endpoints
- Monitoring of the event for performance and suggest improvements
- Deliver services according to established SLAs as per the team lead
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of processes
Administrative Duties
- Process service requests via BookMyVC app and handle team communications efficiently
- Document and maintain procedural records while coordinating video conference bookings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in operations planning meetings
- Manage vendor relationships for specialized equipment and report service issues promptly
- Maintain flexible availability to ensure coverage during high-demand periods
Requirements
- Proven experience of 4 or more years in AV systems management and event coordination
- Good communication skills – written, spoken
- Strong technical knowledge of video conferencing platforms, particularly Zoom
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
