Position – Bench Sales Recruiter – US Shift

Location – Work From Office: Hyderabad/Vadodara

Responsibilities

• A detailed breakdown of the day-to-day tasks expected of a bench sales recruiter.
• Conducting initial candidate screenings and interviews
• Negotiating pay rates and terms of employment with candidates
• Building and maintaining a network of potential consultants
• Collaborating with internal teams to meet client staffing needs
• Providing regular updates to candidates on the status of their applications
