● 12–15 years of experience in backend engineering, with at least 3+ years in a senior/staff or tech lead capacity.

● Proven expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate/JPA for large-scale distributed systems.

● Strong architectural mindset with hands-on experience designing microservices, event-driven systems, and data-intensive applications.

● Solid experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda, Glue, Cognito, etc.) and Kubernetes for container orchestration.

● Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor engineers—balancing IC work with leadership responsibilities.

● Deep understanding of API design, authentication/authorization, and performance optimization.

● Experience in CI/CD, monitoring, and observability (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or similar).

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
