Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled Tableau / Power BI Developer with strong hands-on experience in SQL (Oracle) and exposure to Workday reporting or integration.

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, data models, and analytics solutions that support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI.

• Write complex SQL queries and optimize performance in Oracle databases.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.

• Integrate and manage data sources, including Workday data and other enterprise systems.

• Perform data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting for BI solutions.

• Support automation and process improvement initiatives related to reporting and analytics. • Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of all reporting solutions.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of proven experience as a Business Intelligence Developer or Data Analyst.

• Strong expertise in Tableau and/or Power BI dashboard design and data storytelling.

• Advanced SQL development skills using Oracle database.

• Exposure to Workday reporting, Workday Studio, or related integrations (preferred).

• Experience with data modeling, ETL, and performance tuning. • Good understanding of data visualization best practices and analytics KPIs.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
