Key Responsibilities:
Product & UX Execution Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize design initiatives and deliver high-quality user experiences.
Ensure designs balance user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
Review and provide feedback on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Team Management & Development Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product designers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Oversee hiring, onboarding, and professional development for the design team.
Promote a strong design culture within the company, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
Institutes a culture of mentorship, community, and connectedness across LiveRamp.
Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with executives, product managers, engineers, and marketers to align design strategy with company goals.
Present design concepts and rationale to leadership and stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively. Design Leadership & Strategy Contribute to the long-term design vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Maintain UX standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability.
Advocate for user research, data-driven design decisions, and a culture of experimentation.

Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product design, with 3+ years in a leadership role (managing designers).
Strong portfolio showcasing SaaS/enterprise product design, UX/UI work, and design systems.
Expertise in Figma, Sketch, or similar tools; familiarity with prototyping and user research tools.
Deep understanding of user-centered design, interaction design, and usability principles.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
