• Minimum 10+ years combined experience in hands-on network engineering and managing highly technical teams.

What You Will Do

• Leading the design and architecture of complex network solutions, ensuring they meet the scalability, performance, and security requirements of our global operations.
• Overseeing the configuration and management of network devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, wireless access points, and SDWAN, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Managing relationships with vendors and multiple service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality network services and support.
• Administering Palo Alto firewalls, ensuring their optimal configuration, management, and maintenance to protect our network infrastructure.
• Implementing network optimization techniques and technologies to enhance performance, reduce latency, and improve overall network efficiency.
• Ensuring that all network infrastructure complies with industry standards and security protocols, protecting against potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Managing the network infrastructure within data centres and colocations, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Overseeing the provisioning and management of telecom circuits and internet services to support global connectivity needs.
• Leading the implementation and migration to SDWAN, ensuring a smooth transition and integration with existing network infrastructure.
• Attracting, developing, and retaining top networking talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
• Participating in strategic planning and roadmap development, contributing technical expertise to ensure the alignment of network initiatives with business goals.
• Engaging in engineering discussions and decision-making processes, leveraging your technical knowledge to influence and guide the design, build, and operation of robust, scalable, and secure network solutions.
