Job Summary :

The Instructional Designer job prepares course design in support of developing productive learning environments for the organization’s various employees. Working independently under general supervision, this job develops and delivers web-based and in-person professional development programs, and provides effective uses of technology in all modes of instruction. This job also keeps abreast of best practices and current trends in instructional design and makes recommendations for improvements and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities and Duties :

• Design and develop high quality training content, including e-learning modules, instructor led training materials, job aids, and assessments.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
• Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
• Develop and maintain course outlines, storyboards, scripts and other instructional materials.
• Utilize multimedia technology and authoring tools to enhance learning experiences.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and metrics and make necessary improvements.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices and instructional design and adult learning.
• Ensure all training materials are consistent with company branding and standards.
